The Topdesk of ITS will be migrated to a new (cloud) version.

The old Topdesk environment will be available for 2 months for mutations and handling of the ongoing items.
The incidents / changes / problems that are still open after these 2 months will be transferred to the new Topdesk environment. Afterwards, the old environment will remain available for consultation for at least half a year.
The Self-Service portal gets a completely different look.

The new Topdesk version can be reached via https://uu.topdesk.net

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
