The old CIC environment is migrated to a new one.
Call centers remain available, but the call information that comes with it is temporarily unavailable. Existing calls will remain, new calls will enter the new environment. The team leaders of the call centers will be informed separately. For DGK there is extra alignment and support.

This overview shows the current status of universitywide IT services as well as scheduled maintenance. Local services from faculties and departments are not mentioned here. This also applies to University Library systems. If you suspect a malfunction that is not listed here, please contact us
